B&W Challenge
I was nominated by Kimberly (who is a great artist and photographer herself) to post 5 black and white photos. I do B&W shots very rarely but managed to find something I thought was worth showing.
The photo on the left was taken in Vitkovice desrted factory in Czech Republic. It really makes me feel like time is merciless to everything. The whole visit in this deserted site was very interesting to me. It was like a joint between two powers: heavy engineering and time. See more photos here.
The photo on the right was taken in Paris, Père-Lachaise cemetary. I don't need to introduce this place, do I? It was so special we actually broke our rule of not going to the same places and visisted it twice. A must-see in the capital of love! More photos from there here.
This photo was taken last year in Jura Mountains, just 20-minutes' ride from our home. It was a very special day to me as it was my first mountain outing after giving birth to my son so I was very happy to be able to go out and enjoy some me-time the way I like it (meaning in the nature). The photo itself was shot as coloured one and although I think the B&W is a bit worse, it still has some charm. More photos from that outing here.
The two photos above were taken in my home city Szczecin. There is not much story behind them maybe except the fact that our camera was relatively new at that time and we were mastering our skills. More photos from that day here.
